Shipping and Return Policy

GDvinabeautyboutique ships anywhere within the United States. On occasion GDvinabeautyboutique offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spent over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. 

WE OFFER FIRST CLASS SHIPPING WITH TRACKING NO INSURANCE

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled with USPS. 

PROCESSING TIME IS 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE FOR IN STOCK ITEMS. WE DO NOT SHIP ON FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS. 

We are responsible for your new purchase/package until it reaches the Post Office. After that it is out of our control and we recommend that you select the USPS Priority or Express shipping service.

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED. IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT. 

PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL ADDRESSES ARE CORRECT, WE WILL NOT REFUND FOR WRONG ADDRESS ON YOUR PART.
